Error installing wget

Hello Nils

   May I know how would i download the package from the terminal...since I
am working on a ubuntu eucalyptus instance running on the Dell serve...I
have access to the command line only.

I did modified the /etc/apt/sources.list.......it contains -

deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ jaunty main restricted universe
multiverse
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ jaunty-updates main restricted
universe multiverse
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ jaunty-security main restricted
universe multiverse
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jaunty-security main


But when I try to install wget I still receive the following error.

   E: Couldn't find package wget
