Direct Upgrade from Live Medium

Hello everybody,

I was wondering if someone could please help me with this. I want to know
if it will be possible to upgrade from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS to Ubuntu
13.04/13.10 directly via live cd/dvd/usb (without upgrading first to
12.10/13.04. Thanks!!!
