I wouldn't worry too much Ric... I never noticed that either.

A: It's in the footer of a plain, white mailman info page and doesn't
stand out at all.
B: It's one giant, long hyperlink that points to the owner address.
C: it's in italics, in the footer.

I never really would have noticed it either.  I would have expected
something in the list description instead like:

Your friendly list moderators are:
<insert names here>

Oh well...
