Real simple for me, Ryan. For whatever reason Gnome is never used the 
mouse to switch desktops by merely moving the cursor to the screen edge. 
KDE does it. XFCE does it. Gnome steadfastly refuses to. Beats the hell 
out of me why. So, I do not use gnome in any flavor. Ric
