Having the menus disconnected from the apps is very difficult especially 
when one has 5 or 6 apps, a couple of windows and a terminal or two open 
at a time. Even with 2 monitirs it can be overwhelming and for me would 
be easier if menu bars were on the window, like Fedora has it.
