The fun part is that I'm trying a headless server setup. The Ubuntu 
version iso is a third larger than the Debian version iso. Ergo, just 
from a base command line install, with no X11, Ubuntu has 1/3 again more 
crap and fluff than Debian, which gets the same job done on less. And, 
so it goes. Ric
