A single layer DVD is 4.7GB big but don't put more than 4.2GB on it
because you need to allow for file names etc.
A dual layer DVD is 8.5GB big but don' put more than 8.0GB on it for the
same reasons.
Do you need all the discs to put Humpty Dumpty together when he falls
off the wall? It's and easy calculation.
