Actually, if you had noticed my reply was to what Ric wrote. And my 
reference comes from this Aussie joke:

Two men are drinking in a pub; one of them asks the other, "What does it 
mean if you have an IQ of 100?".

The other replies, "It would mean that you are a pretty smart fellah".

The first one thinks this over, then asks, "And what would it mean if 
you had an IQ of 60?"

His mate replies, "It would mean that you wouldn't even be able to tie 
your shoelaces".

The other thinks THIS one over then asks, "Is that why Australian men 
wear thongs?"
