Youtube/Firefox Foulup?? RESOLVED

This issue has been resolved.  It appears to have been either a Firefox 
cache problem or a youtube problem.  I disabled the flashplayer plugin 
and later re-enabled it and all is well.

Thanks to all who helped, especially Basil Chupin.
