Did that myself.  Chatting on IRC, Ctrl+Alt+Left to look at some
piece of information, Ctrl+Alt+Right back to the IRC window and then hit
Ctrl+Backspace to erase last word without releasing Alt quite fast
enough.

Did that twice in a week.

My can managed once.  Not the Alt+SysRq+K, but Alt+SysRq+something that
just prints a help message.  Don't ask me how.
