Yeah, this is a common complaint. Personally, though, I've not yet
found a keyboard where the K is more than a handspan from SysRq. In
fact, on this (admittedly laptop) keyboard the ctrl+alt+k bit is quite
doable on the left hand.

Hilariously, one of the alleged reasons for removing ctrl-alt-backspace
was that users were somehow accidentally triggering it, at least
there's no chance of that happening with SysRq.
