Unity Interface sucks, Any alternatives

That's not an option in 11.10 or later.
It is on my Ubuntu 11.10. It is probably gnome 3 but it look just like 
the old Ubuntu. At my has gnome, classic gnome, Unity and Unity2. Just 
did it.
