How to store flash videos

Dear All

I am using using Ubuntu 11.10, Firefox 10.0.2, Google Chrome 16.0.912 with
Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102
How do I store flash videos, previously it used to be in /tmp/, but now
it's not there.
Even in user /home/user/.cache/chromium/Default/Cache   they have changed
the storage scheme.
Now files are in following format

Index
f_000001
f_000002
data_0
data_1

Any help
