could be Firefox - type "about:crashes" in the URL bar (w/o/paren) - 
there should be a link there for analysis.
Also, check that flash is running within a plugin container -
about:config in uRL bar, filter on

dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.libflashplayer.so

set it to true.
