Where do i file this bug?

i understand that 10.04.4 has recently come out replacing 10.04.03 and on
most of the offical ubuntu download pages it still links to the old one but
that gives you a 404 error. Where should i file this bug, i have seen it in
multiple places on the ubuntu website (i suppose they all point to the same
place on the server though)

i was thinking and why don't they just make all of the links to downloads
that will be update (LTS) in to symbolic links on the server and just
change where the symbolic link would point. this would fix the problem of
having to replace every place that refernces the outdated link right?
please correct me if i'm wrong or have no idea what i am talking about
(most propable)

thanks, Sam
