Back in the day, you could count on a Windows NT based Internet server 
to be down, usually around 3AM, to do "file maintenance". But, I'm sure 
that was a cron style job scheduled during "idle periods" just as Linux 
does for it's various clean-ups. OUR servers just happened to not go 
anywhere near completely down. <smiles snidely) Ric
