First FOSS event in Eastern India

On 5-6th January,2013, we are organizing a 2 day long festival entirely
dedicated to Free and Open Source Software(FOSS) at Bengal Engineering and
Science University,Shibpur for students and professionals across India. Our
title sponsor is Mozilla India. There will be seminars on various open
source projects, especially on MediaWiki and various Mozilla tools. There
will be a massive on spot hackathon event first time in eastern India by
the Hackerrank.

than 300 registrations have been recorded.
