Thunderbird and Images

Greetings:

I have installed Ubuntu 12.04 and am using Thunderbird as my email 
client. Almost every message I get contains images. There is a link that 
reports says it will change the setting for emails from this whatever 
and will display the images with interaction: "Always load remote 
content from blah, blah, blah." Clicking this however, pull up the 
address book as if you wanted to add this address to the address book.

Is this a bug?
