Monitor powerdown after timeout no longer works since the last updates to 10-04.4 LTS

Greetings all;

And I cannot find an obvious place to set that in the screensaver prefs.

This is at least tripling the use of the CCFL lamp in my SamSung BW-205 on 
an nvidia card running the neaveau driver.
