postfix mailman transport file missing

Not a lot; you don't get it by default. Just create the file with the
contents you were told to add to it. In the earlier step, where you ran

  sudo postconf -e 'transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/transport'

you added config to main.cf that makes postfix check that file for the
transport config.
