Where can I download the Kubuntu 12.04.1 64-bit dvd ISO file

You caN buy DVD's that are jammed full from places like On-disk.com.
That's what I usually get as a DVD full is a bunch of data to download 
perfectly, without a bleep or bloop on the line. They're pretty cheap, 
and certainly cheaper than the headache of a failed install. Ric
