I am triple-booting Debian Testing, Ubuntu 12.04 and Windows 7 without
any issues.

When you install Ubuntu, you must only look at partitioning so you
won't remove Windows. When Ubuntu is installed, you will be using grub
from Ubuntu. If you don't want Ubuntu to manage grub, tell Ubuntu to
install grub on the partition where it's installed (/dev/sdaX) and
boot Debian and install grub on /dev/sda.

You should also have package os-prober installed on Ubuntu and Debian.

If you want to remove Debian, you can do it in partitioning part of
the installation.
