How to upgrade from java6 to java7 on 10.04?

Great! Enjoy Java 7! Before I upgraded I checked my cores and only 1 was 
carrying the load of our java project. When I went to 7 I checked again 
and found 3 cores being used. I was much happy and got better FPS rates 
as well. :) Ric
