Can't get rid of precise-proposed

Did you run

sudo apt-get update

after changing your sources.list? Furthermore check if there are any 
files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ which might still have an entry for 
proposed.

That doesn't look like a package from proposed:

nils at alix33:~$ LC_ALL=C apt-cache policy postfix
