precise 12.04 Skype amd64 conflict with libcups2?

Iirc when you are using 64 bit there are some programs that still do not
have a 64-bit version so there is some way (not privy to the details) that
you can run 32bit on a 64 bit but not the other way around. Possibly
unrelated but it might have something to do with some of the recent updates
to skype I think that the repos version is supposed to be updated sometime
soon.

I would try updating skype and that lib by itself and see if that fixes the
problem
