.nws file to html converter

Hi,

Sorry to bother you all with requests for software advice but I searched 
everywhere and have yet to find what I am looking for.  I have a 
newsletter created by someone else and it is a newsletter created by 
"Print Shop" on a Win 7 machine.  The newsletter was sent to me as a 
.nws file and I was asked to post it on the web.  I prefer to post it as 
an html (or htm) file and as a second option as a .pdf file.  All the 
utilities I found are for Windows.  Are there any Linux programs that 
can convert from .NWS to HTML?
