When you're a moderator anything deviating from your ideal of what is on
topic is subject to moderation.
Only way to control it is to subject all postings to a vote requiring at
least a majority blackball the post.
But then that bogs down any request for aid or troubleshooting making the
list even less useful than having to sort through a few ot postings.
