This is specifically about EFI not booting images that haven't been
signed by particular organisations. Akin to MS's driver signing, but
preventing unblessed OSs, too. The worry is that this will prevent
non-Windows OSs on machines sold with Windows 8.

But there's already another thread about this, so I imagine most
discussion will head there.
