install NS 2 on ubuntu

Hi,
I'm trying ti install NS2 on ubuntu 11.04 and i got the following error
while executing

./install

error: the error text is in my previous message

I was recommended to install gcc-4.3 and use it instead of my gcc-4.5 and I
did so but I still have a problem with otcl installation:
