Possible to install and run Ubuntu on Motion M1200 tablets?

Good Afternoon all,

I recently acquired two of the above tablets (yawn), specs of which can be
seen here [1]. As far as I am aware they currently run on Windows XP Tablet
edition! I was therefore wondering if anyone has any pointers regarding an
appropriate Ubuntu distribution I should be using/attempting to clean
install as a OS.

I realise this is a pretty open ended question but I am totally unfamiliar
with these machines and thought I'd best test the water before diving in.
