Adjust brightness using fn key not working

Hi all,

Does anybody know which package to report against when adjusting the
brightness for display using the Fn key. It does work before plymouth starts
running though.

The wireless key doesnt work as well so would it be against network-manager?

It's a Samsung RV510 Notebook.
