I *highly* recommend that you don't unless you are quite experienced at
testing  and reporting beta version of Ubuntu. If you want to find out
about Oneiric, install to a test drive or partition, or install
virtualbox and install it there instead.

However, if you're bent on borking your exising Natty:

$ update-manager -d
