samba file server, security = user, priority to PAM auth

Hi all

Runnin Natty I installed samba 3.5.8.

Following 
https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/serverguide/C/samba-fileprint-security.html,
I installed "*libpam-smbpass", then restart smbd & nmbd but *the user 
(me) could not connect to it.

When adding the user with "smbpasswd", it worked.

How to give priority to PAM auth?
