Okay, Now I understand that one ip address I can have for both - (i) for
creating a wesbite (i.e. webserver) and (ii) for browsing the internet too.
And in this case, with one ip address, I can do all that.

You are absolutely correct, I am a beginner too and not going to make any
webserver but as a query wanted to know all this. IN fact my doubt was that
- *IF* I create that ["web-server", which basically means a website (I am
right?)], that one also uses an ip address like the one used when I surf
the net and these both ip addresses can coincide ('be the single one') if
the local machine is made web browser, as Steve told. That's all, and
really I would be required to read much if all that has to be done ---
security (of course) at the first!
