can i ask something regarding debian?

Not 100% true. There is a Mint build that is Debian -> Mint with no
Ubuntu in between. I haven't tried Mint in about 2 1/2 years so I have
no experience of the port that bypasses Ubuntu. But it's available on
the Mint home page.
