NFS Automount Problem

Good day.

When I automount a nfs my /home directory which is a disk unmounts and under 
/home the "chr_ibm" directory gets mounted. I want to mount chr_ibm under 
/home but /home must not unmount. I can do it manually and it works fine. Any 
help will be appreciated.

This is what my auto.master and chr_ibm.master files looks like.
