Can no longer log in as my own user on Oneiric Ocelot

Hi

I managed to break my desktop completely after making changes in Compiz
Configuration, and I want to know if I can change it manually in the config
file.

Or restore the default configuration, would be good enough.

If I login, I see the console screen, it is trying to start MySQL and a few
others, then just promptly takes me back to the login screen.

I tried to use all options I can see, but they all do exactly the same.


Please help, I don't want to loose my entire desktop!
