Hi Metin,

You can use gnome-tweak-tool from the repositories. Open a terminal 
session and type sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool. Once it's 
finished installing you can type gnome-tweak-tool in the terminal or 
search for it through the unity lense named "Advanced Settings"
