The page mentions 11.10 in most places, but that quote from PC World could
mean 10.10 or be a typo.
Starting with Ubuntu 11.04, there were some changes to the kernel that were
supposed to make the OS more response to the user, and so should make it
faster.
It's also possible that 10.10 was faster than its predecessors, so it's
possible the quote is correct.
