how and where to change the default font and theme of Ubuntu 11.10 ?

Themes have to be installed via Advanced Settings (gnome tweak tool). First
download the theme you want and unzip it in ~/.themes.
then use gnome-tweak-tool to set it up.
To install fonts, use the font manager and then use gnome-tweak-tool to set
them up.
That's what I did in Gnome3 so I'm assuming it's the same in Unity.
