I believe Google Chrome is a google product and comes from Google directly,
not Ubuntu. They have a repo for it. Once you add it to your sources list,
its automatically updated. I've used for over a year now, with regular
updates. http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/ is what my package manager
says. Dropbox the same thing (AFAIK).
