To check this, a "grub-install -v" will show what grub is 'in charge
now', but all the same, if grub2 is 'in charge', the above 2 commands
will resolve this and if grub-l is 'in charge', the same 2 commands or
amending the menu.lst will also resolve this.

And if problem persists, bootinfoscript above will probably show what's
wrong and Tom will have to take over here.
