Setting up network printer

Hi

I'm trying to set up a network printer on my Netbook.  The printer is
attached to my desktop PC.  The printing dialogue on the Netbook will
not find it either as a network printer or as a Samba printer.

On the Desktop PC, when I look at the printer's properties, I have it
Shared under State, on the Policies tab, but it also says 'Not published
- See server settings', and I think this is why I cannot see it from the
Netbook.  

But I don't know what 'server setting' I need to look at.  Can anyone
enlighten me?
