100% CPU??

No, because I want the snapshot. :P The latter would provide that easily
(easier than SM) but I don't want the fluff of the normal top output.  I
want just what user, what command and how much CPU.

Me seeing the snapshot for myself from that command allows me to better
find a bug, rather than relying on the user to elaborate, I can read the
command for myself and go from there in the trackers and if it doesn't
provide enough information I can ask him to elaborate a specific thing.
 It saves a lot of time.
