CPU frequency scaling problem - laptop users, please check this

Works fine.
Idleish laptop with Core i7:
model name	: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU       M 640  @ 2.80GHz
cpu MHz		: 1199.000

After starting 4 instances of cpuburn,
model name	: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU       M 640  @ 2.80GHz
cpu MHz		: 2800.000

Maybe you're just not stressing it enough. Install cpuburn, run as
many cores/threads you have in parallel and try again.
