I'm not trying to be condescending at all, but youtube is the last place
I would go as a technical resource.

A lot of this documentation has been updated very recently (this month)
and there is a lot of it.

People have been a lot of work into getting LTSP to work as well as it
does with Debian/Ubuntu. IMHO this is the best option for this flavor of
Linux.
