I'd echo the same idea. Unfortunately emails can be spoofed pretty 
much completely. Even the orginating IP. Talk with them, let them know 
the OS you're using. Then ask them how to check. Also ask if they can 
forward a copy of one of the emails to you. It's possible the return email 
address was forged at the very least as well as the senders resulting in 
bounces going back to your account or complaints going to your ISP. 
Hell I see numerous emails out there spoofing a number of my email 
accounts. They claim to be from me but originate elsewhere. It's 
possible that's what's happening and the ISP hasn't looked that closely 
at the headers to determine if they're really c
