Wirelss network setup

Power Management remains off, unless otherwise defined in the kernel and
driver. It doesn't matter here.

I guess you are using a laptop. Normally, laptops have *both* a hardware
switch, and a Fn+Key on the keyboard to enable Wireless. Could you please
post your computer model here?
