With 10.10 it worked out of the box for me as well. Haven't tried with
11.04 yet.

One issue that I had initially is that I had the headset paired with my
laptop and my phone. Sometimes my phone beat my laptop in connecting
with the headset. You may want to turn one of them off if you happen to
be in a similar situation.
