K3B unable to find normalize-audio

Hi,

I'd like to use normalizing when burning audio CDs with K3B. I installed the
'normalize-audio' package, but K3B is unable to find it. In the configuration
interface, there's no way to indicate the normalize location to K3B.

Here's what I have :

$ ls -l /usr/bin/normalize*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 59176 2010-06-20 11:28 /usr/bin/normalize-audio
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 22420 2010-06-20 11:28 /usr/bin/normalize-mp3
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root    13 2011-05-15 17:57 /usr/bin/normalize-ogg ->
normalize-mp3

After googling a bit, I found a few bug reports, some of them as old as 2006,
reporting the same misbehaviour, all marked as "fixed"... only to reappear in
the following release, as it seems.

Anyone encountered the same problem? Is there an easy way to fix this, e. g.
without having to jump through burning loops? I don't mind having to manually
compile stuff and put it in /usr/local (as suggested somewhere), but I prefer
asking first.

Cheers,

Niki
